The association "Oldenburger Münsterland" was founded in 1995 by the municipalities of Cloppenburg
and Vechta to cooperate and use their common strengths in the competition of business locations and
travel regions.

Bremen Senator for Economic Affairs and Ports
The Senator for Economic Affairs and Ports in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is responsible for
all issues of industrial and port policy. Moreover, the department is also the chief aviation
authority and is responsible for, among other areas, marketing, technology, innovation,
agriculture, food, and consumer affairs. The government body operates both as state ministry for
the two-city state and as local government administration for the City of Bremen.

all subjects of interest to foreign investors over 130 pages. The guide is available for download

Enterprise Europe Network-Niedersachsen
The European Union has merged its innovation support and business development efforts. Enterprise
Europe Network (EEN) is the European advisory network for the comprehensive support of
collaboration between business and industry – in this case the small and medium-sized enterprises
(SMEs) –, the universities, and the scientific and research community. All activities are geared
towards promoting innovation and competitiveness.
European metropolitan area Bremen-Oldenburg
The federal states of Bremen and Lower Saxony, including all municipalities and free cities in the
northwest region deepen their regional cooperation by founding the metroplitan area
Bremen-Oldenburg. With their common projects they initiate new impulses and try to attract a great
number of industry partners.
